Has anyone figured this [Removed] out?? I have literally tried EVERYTHING!!! I have paid the $.99 for the subscription but I cannot purchase tones. I get error code 245 saying my purchase failed because my account is terminated or suspended. I've called customer service, tried using my laptop, tried the Verizon tone app, tried texting 728 (that actually let me choose a tone, charged me $1.99 for it and the customer service agents can see on my account that it SHOULD be the ringback) and it still doesn't work. HELP ME FIX IT BEFORE I RIP OUT ALL MY HAIR!!! lol ♡

Unless it has changed recently, I don't believe ringback tones are available on any device that has the HD Voice/Advanced Calling feature enabled on it. Is your phone model capable of HD Voice?
