Why does my device keep shutting down?

Anyone else having an issue with a Droid Razr M shutting down and rebooting?

I know its frustrating to have your phone power down randomly brents1127 but we are here to help. Did it start to power down when you downloaded a particular app? Is the phone damaged? The phone is brand new. Software is up to date. I did a factory restore or reset and it has not happened since. It has been Two days.
