It might not have that option. It is the G line from Motorola and not the X or Z line which likely would have VoLTE/HD Voice.

We always want you to have the latest features with your phone, rwhitlow. Like Ann154 mentioned, this model may not have this option. With this not being a phone carried directly through Verizon, features can vary.
