Why won't my LG Optimus Exceed charge?

My LG Optimus Exceed (prepaid) doesn't charge anymore. I have tried 3 different chargers.  One day it just stopped charging.

Actually this is the second time it's done this.  I bought the phone in July 2013, it stopped charging one day in November 2013, I got it fixed, now it's April 2014 and I'm having the same problem.

Do I just have a defective phone?  Is this going to happen every 4 or 5 months?

I'm sorry to hear your device isn't charging. Was the device exposed to any physical or liquid damage? Do the chargers work on other devices? Please call our friends at prepaid to troubleshoot your device. They can be reached at 888-294-6804. I'm sure they can get this addressed.
