I have a LG Optimus Exceed Prepaid phone. I take better pictures with a cell than a regular camera, therefore I am depending on it for my eBay and Etsy shop photos of items I sell. The easiest way I transferred them was to pull up Galery, then hit share button, pick the photos and then chose to have those go to my Gmail address - then saved to my files. Has been working for the most part quite well. - sometimes it would "fail to send" and I fixed it by checking settings for sync and if all OK, and still nothing, I would take the battery out and then restart the phone. Well, now that does not even work. What do I do? I am almost one week behind in getting anything listed online - it just does nothing. I tried in the past to pull out sim card and transfer that way, but never could find the "folder" they were in to complete it to my computer. So, forget that, unless somone has step by step suggestions. I am ready to toss this phone and get a new one, and frankly I can not afford it. Please, someone HELP! Thanks much!

One of the easiest ways to get them to your computer is to use dropbox (or verizon cloud, or google etc.) with such services they will automatically upload your photos to "the cloud" and if you have dropbox (google drive etc.) installed on your computer they will almost instantly appear on your computer as well (recommend using wifi when available). Dropbox is available in the play store and you get a decent amount of free storage and can always move the photos off dropbox regularly. Otherwise if you are on wifi you can use programs like wifi explorer which would allow you to use a web browser to copy the files to your computer. If you connect via USB you are looking for a folder called DCIM either on the phone or sd card.
