Wi-Fi Calling is enabled, but does not work
Droid Turbo running Android 6.0.1
Settings->Advanced Calling-> ...
1) Activate Advanced -> "Service upgraded to HD Voice & Video calling"
2) Advanced Calling -> is ON / Enabled & "HD Voice & Video Calling" option is checked
3) Wi-Fi Calling ->  Emergency Address is entered and saved
4) Wi-Fi Calling -> When Roaming -> Set to "Prefer Wi-Fi"

Wi-Fi connection status is "Good" 195 mbps
Either 0 or 1 Cellular Strength Bars at work ( No Service or 1X mode displayed )
Try to make a cell call, at work ...
"Cellular network is not available"
"Connect to a wireless network to make a call"
is displayed.
What option do I need to turn on, to enable Wi-Fi Calling?
