Thank you Kevin. Sadly this has really turned into a joke. No I haven't pulled any triggers yet. As I ended up having to have surgery. Which may have helped me in more ways than one, I see.

You can check compatibility at: https://www.verizon.com/bring-your-own-device/ or https://www.verizon.com/bring-your-own-device/activate. Please note that if you're bringing a phone without the Verizon logo on it, there's a good chance certain Verizon features such as Wi-Fi Calling, Video Calling, and Visual Voicemail will not work on the phone even it's listed as compatible.*Melissa

I think the 2 that A52 5Gworks on was because they used their old sim card, which limits them to what they are able to do. I talked to Verizon Pre-paid and said only SMA525U1 model will work with Verizon prepaid. However, I have not been able to find. When asked her in general about whether I need to move my old SIM card to new, she said no, because it would limit the new phones features and may not work well with newer phone.

Where can you buy the model SM-A525U1 for the Samsung A52 5G as suggested above? Looks like Samsung and Best Buys have different models.

Verizon Customer Service:
You said, an unlocked Galaxy A52 model number: SM-A525U1 will work on our network. You'll need to get a new 5G SIM card to support the Galaxy A52 on our network.
Will an unlocked Galaxy A52 model number: SM-A525U1, receive 5G "C-Band"?

Hello there. We understand wanting to make sure your device will be compatible with the network. The great news is that you can check it on your side using this link: https://www.verizon.com/od/prepaid/bring-your-own-device/#/selectDeviceType. This option will tell you for sure if the device will work.
