Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right location but my Zenfone V is not working right now. It has been charging all night and this morning when I tried to open it, it seemed to be dead since the charging icon came up. However, when I held the power button the charging icon kept coming up, and when I tried to reboot it, nothing changed. I even tried using different chargers, cables, and even sockets but nothing has changed. The only option I haven't tried is to factory reset it but I would prefer to not have to do that. Does anyone have any experience in this matter or can help me. It would be very helpful.
Soft reset instructions. If that doesn't work maybe a hard reset.
Hello, Ep1cwill. I certainly understand wanting to avoid the factory reset and am here to help. Have you attempted to unplug the phone and restart it?
