airplane mode keeps turning on

I have a LG G Pad 10.1 LTE. Airplane mode has begun to turn on by it self. If I stop using the Pad and it goes to sleep it'll switch to airplane mode when I try to use it. Of course wifi and other connections are then turned off. I'll manually turn off airplane mode but it'll turn back on when I set the pad down. What do I need to do to turn permanently turn of airplane mode?

Any help will be much appreciated.... thanks!

Hmmm I don't know. Sounds like a power saving setting to me that I would appreciate.
