ok so i had to do a factory reset on my android 4 and after i did that to get my contacts back i have to sign up with the email but when i type in the password is says "User end point id" what does that mean?
Let's make sure you're able to retrieve all your information sara12189! What make and model device is this? We have a few Android devices with a "4" designation. If you are referring to your GMail, it should just be the e-mail address and password.
