I'm wondering if I'm the only one out here who got one story verbally from the salesperson, and another in the contract sent via email as to the costs for various devices?
I'm thinking I got taken in by a fast talking salesperson who misrepresented the charges. The first bill was a bit of a surprise, but the written contract, sent after we left the store, indicates that the charges are legit.
