I think it's illegal to record a phone call unless the person to whom your talking gives permission.

Simplest way to find out is to go to the Google Play Store and search for "record phone calls." I did, and it turned up a couple of apps, though they apparently don't work on all devices. But I would seriously check with an attorney to find out if this is legal before doing it.
