What is the fix for phone not charging well after kit Kat? I get the red x...sometimes it works...sometimes it doesnt...it is very slow to charge now when it does work...tried 5 different chargers.

Oh goodness, let's ensure your phone is charging properly. What is the make and model of your device? Does your charging port show any signs of corrosion? Have you tried charging other phones with your charger to ensure it works?

It is a galaxy s3. My wife's phone charges fine with same chargers. It
started immediately following software update. Turned phone off and
plugged charger in it has taken 5 hrs to go from 42 percent to 69 percent.
