As soon as I signed up every doc and pic got pushed to cloud. How do I undo without losing data?

We want to make sure that you have the content you want backed up to your cloud. For clarification, are you using iCloud or  the Verizon Cloud? Do you have Wi-Fi available to connect to so that you don't use your data?
