To Hard Restart: Power and Volume Up buttons together?
To Hard Reset as in, factory data reset:
1 turn off phone
2 hold power button 3 sec
3 when LED is red, hold power button, volume down, and camera button at same time
4 HARD RESET screen appears, press Power button to confirm
5 press Power again to confirm

Volume up n start button doesn't do anything neither does volume up power and far right menu

Are you trying to hard reset or just restart the phone from a frozen state?

Phone turns on and 'gz one now loading' screen comes on. That's all it does.

- Ensure the device is powered off.
- Press the Power button (located on the top right edge) to power the device on.
- When Now Loading displays on the device, press and hold the Power button (located on the top-right edge), the Volume Up button (located on the left edge near the top) and the Menu key (located below the display on the far right).
- Release the three buttons once the Android robot displays.
- Using the Volume Down button (located on the left edge below the Volume up button), select 'Wipe Data/Factory Reset.'
- Press the Power button to select.
Droid icon appears on screen.
G'zOne logo appears and device powers on. - Press and hold the Power button when the Setup Wizard screen displays.
- Tap Power off.
- Tap OK.
Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
To setup the device after the reset has completed, refer to Initial Activation and Setup.

Its stuck in 'now loading' screen.I tried to use two methods. One power button volume up second one power volume up menu. It doesn't do anything. Also I can turn it over with power button but turn off only by taking the battery out. It happened over night on charge...

You still haven't made it clear if you are trying to factory reset (hard reset) or not. All I know for you to do is take the battery out and then replace, not turn the phone on, then follow the hard reset instructions above.
