I am trying to get help before we just decide to end our ten years with Verizon and walk away leaving them with an account. We have been faithful customers always paying on time and yet, we have had an horrible experience over the last year. Can anyone help?

Corporate accounts have a representative assigned to that account.

The person in charge of your originazation is the only person who can contact that person.

Regular customer service cannot help.
