I tried today to contact customer service with Verizon. I was guided over to their chat area by text which I responded to. After that my experience with Verizon went to heck, it was from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30m that I have been trying to get an issue resolved.However the human touch is it best tool a business can have.Verizon what happened to you. When my contracts are done I'm gone.. I will no longer recommend you to my friends and family, I will rely my experience with my family and friends..
