How do I get my device to work again. It's only 4 days old
There is a 14 day return period, I'm assuming it's the same for exchanges, but you may have to pay a restocking fee, or they may want you to use the manufactures warranty; which I wouldn't do.
If it is less than 14 days old and there is no physical or liquid damage AND you purchased it at a corporate VZW store or VZW.com then take it back. If they can't get it to work then they'll swap it.
If you purchased it at a retailer then you must take it back there.
Sprmankalel, thank you for that information. Melallday, making sure that your phone is up and running is our goal. When did this problem start? What make and model device do you have? What exactly is wrong with your device?
