A long time ago when I tried to update the Redbox app - it would stop during the installation phase (would appear to download ok). I lived with it for months, since the app still worked fine. Then one day I decided to uninstall the app and re-install it from the Store. Again, it downloaded ok -- but during installation it gets about half-way through and stops with this message: "package is invalid" I contacted Verizon and they said to first clean out the cache and re-install. I could not find instructions on how to do this online - only how to clean out the cache of an installed app -- but since I can't install this app, I do not know how 'to clean out the cache'. thank you for any advice.
