Just got turbo2 about a week keep getting unknown calls an screen has green lines in it anybody else had problems

Sorry to hear about trouble with your new phone. We know how exciting it is to get a new phone, and we never want to hear that there's been an issue so quickly after you get it. We'd love to get this resolved for you. Has the phone sustained any sort of damage before the green lines showed up? Also, do all of the calls you receive show they are from unknown callers, or only some? Have you been able to answer these calls as normal? Keep us posted. Thanks.
