I can send and receive emails on my galaxy core prime, but cannot answer any using the reply feature.
Boatdoctor, being able to reply to your emails on your device should be a simple task. Let's make sure that we get this working for you on your Core Prime. Have you been able to reply to an email from your cell phone before? Is the reply option even showing for you to tap on? If so, what happens when you try to tap on it. Please provide me with some more details.

if you have more than one email acc't, the account you can't reply with may not be the default acc't.
