For basic voicemail-

After Listening to a Message, Press:

  • 6 - Forward**
  • 7 - Delete
  • 8 - Reply**
  • 9 - Save
  • 0 - Help

**Forward/Reply only works with other Verizon Wireless Voice Mail subscribers in your own area.

Basic Voice Mail

Excellent question, klapa! The steps are different based on if you are using Apple or Android. If you are using Verizon Wireless Voicemail or 3rd party. Can you tell us what the make and model of your device is?
