Have you tried a system cache clear?
Turn off phone
Remove the battery and reinsert.
Hold down the Home and Volume Up keys
Press and hold the Power button while still holding the other keys.
As soon as you see the Samsung logo, release all keys/buttons.
Press on the Volume Down to scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition.
Press the Power button to select it.
Press the Volume down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power Button to select it.
Wait for a few minutes for the phone to clear the data.
Then press the Power button to select reboot system now.
Wait for your phone to reboot.

When I got the latest upgrade, when I try to move my icons or delete icons from the screens it says Touch Wiz home not working.
I've done everything, cleared the cache nothing works

I'm having the same problem. Plus a lot of others. This update really messed up my phone.

Do you have a Settings | Home Screen and mode selection for Easy vs. Standard Mode? Try going in there and changing modes, then switching it back to what it was. Read that on another site.
Somewhere in another thread here, someone mentioned a "Motions" option in settings or something like that which they tweaked, and Touchwiz worked.
Other people tried a replacement home screen manager / launcher like Nova.
Here's the thing... These sort of flakey behaviors are probably because KK and Lollipop are so different at lower-levels and how they cache settings. Most posts I've read suggest that when people grin and bear the hasstle of backing up their personal content, then performing a Factory Data Reset, things improve immensely.
