I still haven't received my $200 bill credit from March. Apparently this is a major problem with everyone who was supposed to get it. I've called, email, posted here with no response. I guess now I'm going to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. So disappointed with the customer service here. When my contract is up I guess I'll have to switch providers. Shame on you Verizon! !!!

I have been waiting for about the same amount of time for mine and I think they lied there just not going to give it to people then every time I ask I get told it should be on next month's bill but never is

Verizon OK it the people in Hazlet NJ

The notes are all in my account they said if we ported our lines from
sprint we could get a hundred dollar bill credits per line that we changed
over and we changed over 3 lines. .. I know it's in the account because I
have talked to verizon about it and continue to be told it will be on your
next billing cycle and that's a lie
