help with blocked calls

My phone sends all restricted calls to vm I've removed the settings of  send blocked calls to vm and it's still not working.

Esther878, getting calls you want and making sure you are not bothered by ones you don't is important. Have you restarted your phone after you made this change? Where did you change the setting? What make and model phone do you have?
