horrible customer service
Verizon customer service has gone done hill 100% in the past year. You go online to add minutes to prepaid phone plans online and doesn't work. Then you call the 800# and tell me to use either the app or self serve phone. I pay $110 for 1 phone just for the plan on a regular Verizon plan and I'm sure that plenty of other people do also and Verizon can't add minutes for you with information you provide, They need to work on customer service and fixing the website and app.

If you;re paying $110 for minutes, you're definitely on an ancient plan that you should have switched off of 4 years ago.
