I just got my galaxy s4 and I need to get a manual. how do I di that ?

You can download a copy of it from Samsung's website. Just go to your device and there should be a download which will show a PDF and also Kies.

It's also available here on the verizon site.  If you click this link there is a pdf link right under the picture of the phone.
