Keeping up to date with your plan details is very important and we can understand wanting to know where you stand within your current cycle. We would need to know more information such as do you have a Prepaid or Postpaid plan? Are you currently registered with My Verizon where you can see your information there? Also, if you call #MIN on your phone, it will send you a free text that will show how many minutes you have remaining. Please give this a try to see if that works for you.
