What are you trying to access? Contacts? Photos?
Your Backup Assistant information is saved to your MyVerizon account. Make sure that you are logging into your account (associated with your number) and type "contacts" into the I Want To... search box. It might say Verizon Cloud Contacts, but it isn't a problem. There you will see your contacts. I hope that helps.
