The new update for android completely messed my phone up. Is there any way to get the old operating system back?
Once you install the update on your phone it cannot be uninstalled. A lot of problems can be fixed by running your phone in safe mode to find what app might be causing the problems and by doing soft and hard resets. It takes a little detective work, as there is no one button push to fix all problems.
Usually the best thing to do is Running a Factory Reset, it can done before or after Updating to the New OS, it helps clear out most of old files left by the Last OS on the phone and should make your phone Run allot smoother..
