My phone was hung up trying to read the SD Card. It kept over heating and restarting itself. I finally removed the SD card and now it seems to be working fine. Why would this be?

Ensuring that you have additional storage on your phone with an SD card is a must, BOBBI7088. Let’s get this fixed. When did this issue start happening? Has the SD card worked with the phone before? Does the same issue happen when using the SD card in another device? What make/model phone do you have?
