I purchased. A galaxy st the speaker. Went out on within 2 week of getting it. The worrenty center sent me another on the phone would always stay on 3g never changed so the worrenty center sent me another phone same thing no 4g so I took all phones to the version center and changed it out for a LG g3 and the same thing I get no 4g. Sorry I will get it for about 5 min if I restart the phone. But only 5 min the back to 3g. I live right in town and my other phone galaxy s3 always got 4g. The internet is so slow and I can hear an eqgo when I am talk on the phone. Also the battery is dying really fast.Your help very much aperchiated.
Take Sim card out for a few minutes
Try the above as that is a Good suggestion but you may have a Bad Sim Card.. and it may itself need replacement there is no cost if the Sim Card is bad, one thing to keep in mind is handling a Sim Card please do it with care as the gold contact area is very sensitive to our fingers the oils and static electricity can greatly affect them..
