My mother who is on my plan somehow reset her phone. Google will not let me in because my mother doesn't remember her password. I've tried all the reset google password options to no avail. Any suggestions are appreciated?

If the password to her Google account was reset, you must wait a day or two before attempting to unlock the phone using her Google sign-in.
