using it for 5 years and now it's not working. Saying unable to connect. I've reset and done everything on my end.....please help!
So far there are no comments from the Verizon team.!! You know, the standard "I am very sorry that:
*your dog must have eaten your hotspot, just monitor his stool until we find an answer.
*your wife left you and the judge awarded her your hotspot.
*your hotspot's refusal to wear a mask must have infected it with Covid19.
*your hotspot has been kidnapped and you will receive ransom demands by text shortly.
I'm in Northeast Ohio with the same problem. The Hotspot will not connect. I get a data connection error. Yesterday we had a complete Verizon outage in my area. No cell signal at all for about 6 hours. Now this!
I know how useful mobile hotspot is. I use it myself. I know a couple days has passed and I wanted to help and make sure you are good. Are you still having issues with mobile hotspot? What type of issues are you having? Please tell me more. AmberF_VZW
