My phone keeps opening the multiwindow pane each time I attempt to use any of my APPS. I have never had this problem until a week ago, my phone started doing crazy things, like flickering, opening multiple windows, etc. I have been unable to text, call, or do anything on my phone without it being a absolute pain. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

LUMBEEBROWNEYES, we always want all of your apps working properly. Let's work together to get this issue resolved for you. Has anything changed on your device since this first started? What steps are you taking to access the app when the issue occurs?
