How do I restore the Mute/Ring feature on the Lock screen of my phone?
marvh Let's get your mute function working properly. first, please share more details. What phone model do you have? Are you trying to make sure a call is on mute when you're on the homescreen?

I have a Motorola Razr HD.
Prior to the upgrade just issued, when I woke my phone it had a lock screen widget that allowed me to swipe to silence the phone, or turn ringing on if it were silenced. I want that feature back.

We aren't able to get features back after a software update. I would recommend looking in the play store for an app that may assist you.

(removed) believable. You took away Swipe, You took away Mute, and you call that an upgrade. That is (removed).
How do I downgrade my update to return me to the phone I was sold by Verizon.
