my Droid Turbo home screen is locked in emergency call mode and i cannot unlock it because its asking for my password & i didn't set 1 for it!! How can i unlock it myself on my CP or manually?
Turn off the phone, leave it off for 5-10 minutes, then turn it back on and see if you still have the issue. If that doesn't work, turn the phone back off, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card and power the phone back on (give the phone time to establish a fresh network connection). Also ensure that the Preferred Network Type is set to LTE/CDMA (settings > more > cellular networks). If the issue persists, you may need a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service. In case you need it:
