stuarthcoleman, having a properly working phone is paramount. I welcome the opportunity to assist with your device issue. I just need a few more details first. What is the make and model of your device? Did anything occur on your Droid prior to this behavior starting (software update, low memory message etc.)? Any additional details you can provide will help us to ensure you get back to a normal functioning device again.
