Oh no. I'm sorry your tablet is having issues with its software joepr. I know its frustrating to not have use of your tablet but we are here to help. Did the issue occur while using a specific application? Do you have any applications that were problematic before the tablet became unprogrammed? If so, try uninstalling those problematic apps to see if you can reinstall your software
