Thanks for taking the time to contact me. I think I have found the answer to my problem. I was using wi-fi network to stream Netflix. I believe the network signal I am getting is too weak to stream Netflix. I worked fine when I visited the Verizon store. NLJ

are you aware that the wi-fi draws from the network......slow network....slow wi-fi!!
