The instruction show how to add a contact but no instruction on how to delete. The web does not show how back up assistent will work

With backup assistant you are able to set a schedule of when you would want it to run. For example, if you have it set for late night. What it will do is in the middle of the night the program will run and it will go through and back up all of your contacts. So this way if you ever upgrade to a new phone all you have to do is re run backup assistant on the new phone and it will bring over all your contacts. So that way you don't have to enter them all into the phone one by one. Makes it easy.
