network issues

Hello all,

I have an HTC droid DNA and I absolutely love it. I've owned multiple smartphones before and I can never get any service beyond 1x around my high school. My friends who have at&t however get 4g in any given spot through the school zone. Can anyone give me advice to increase my network connection or can Verizon help increase the coverage in this area?

Hello R. Shimoonov, service at your fingertips is super important! We do our best to cover as many areas as possible. There are factors such as terrain, distance from the closest tower, weather, and building interference that can prevent optimum signal. What zip code do you experience the issues? Also, does signal improve when outside of the school area? Keep us posted!

And the signal does improve but not too dramatically, I get 3g
