Since the last upgrade, I cannot use play store or the apps to make updates or install new apps

Dacyoung58, we can't have you miss out on the Play Store, especially with so many great apps to use. Let's help get the Play Store working once again. First, we'd like to ask a few questions to gather more information on the issue. What make/model phone do you have? What happens when you try to open the Play Store? Which upgrade are you referring?
