I have been following up with past discussions regarding note 3 signal issues, but for many customers there were no solution to this problem. We must be fools to pay so much money for mediocre service. Who's salaries are we paying including union involved? Well for me it's time to move on to a new provider just like millions of other smart people did. Will Verizon help resolve this?
Nope... I've had the same problems with NUUMMMEEERRRROOOOUUSSSS dropped calls, unable to load data with a decent signal, and with the most recent update which was to improve on the Bluetooth audio connectivity, which I didn't have problems with beforehand.... has now made mine where it will not stay connected for more than 3 mins. I just recently cracked my screen and I'm eligible to edge up... was waiting on the Note 4 Edge... now I have to pay 100 deductible to get a replacement just to hand over to get a new phone... which I'm now going to Sony Xperia. No longer waiting on these delayed releases.
