The server settings are not right. Remove the account from the phone and set it up again using the mobile server settings for the email domain.

I’m sorry to read that you’re not able to send any emails. I would be lost without this ability, so I’m here to get this resolved. Have you ever been able to send emails for this email account on your phone or when did this problem start? Are you able to use your mobile data to browse the web & use apps?
