phone beeps when talking

my phone ( Samsung Note 2) beeps while I am talking on it. Could this be someone tapping into my phone?@

Does it happen at 1 minute intervals?  There is a setting in Phone->Settings->Call->Call Alerts called Minute minder that will beep once a minute in case you want to be irritated while on your call.

Incoming call, message waiting, minute minder...   But you phone is not "tapped"

how often is it beeping?

open phone app

tap menu key

tap settings

choose "call alerts"

uncheck "minute minder" and "alerts on call "
