2 of the phones on my plan suddenly stopped making and receiving calls. why? and how can I fix this? One phone is a Samsung S5 and the other is a Samsung S7. The other S7's are working fine. Any suggestions?

Make sure the phone settings are correct, and that they’re still active and set up correctly in your MyVerizon account

Making sure all your phones are working properly is definitely important, so I completely understand your concern, LISFLO15.
What happens when you try placing a call? What happens when you try calling those phones? Have you tried turning the phones off and on?
