I have noticed of late in the past 6 months or so, I am not receiving as good of reception and service at my home, I have many dropped calls, and often only 1 or 2 bars. What has happened to our service, it use to be that verizon was the best in this area but not so anymore.
We want you to continue getting the great service that you are use to getting, jkawk. Let's get to the bottom of this service issue.
Are the issues with your service only inside your home? How far do you have to travel, for the service to improve? Do you have Home-Based Internet/WiFi? If so, is your phone connected to it while you are at home?
