My email (Outlook Office 365) synch is working but messages are not being saved on my phone. They disappear, appears that this happens once I have read my emails online. Phone is Samsung Galazy J7 V
We understand the importance of being able to access your saved emails on the phone LuvNH. Let's be sure we get this resolved. When did the issue begin? Are you using the email app that came pre-installed on the device or are you using a different app that you downloaded?
