Usually when you first set up your V/M you "Dial" *86 or, by default the "1" key / Speed dial is reserved for V/M. Listen to the lady walk you through the set up giving you a # of options including picking a 4 digit password. If you haven't done that yet, in most cases the last 4 digits of your phone # is the password. Your security code is the same way , if the Droid was set up like Dumb phones, which it isn't.
